I’m passionate about helping people discover the power of fitness, and I bring a unique perspective, having spent 12 years as a competitive athlete competing at the Provincial and National levels. Throughout my athletic journey in softball, basketball, and volleyball, I’ve gained a deep understanding of physical conditioning and performance. My experience has shaped my belief that fitness is more than just physical strength—it’s about finding balance between the body and the mind.
Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to take your performance to the next level, I’m here to guide you. I believe fitness should be enjoyable and accessible for everyone, regardless of where you’re starting from. Together, we’ll create a personalized roadmap to success with a focus on consistency, gradual progress, and celebrating every milestone along the way.
Health and fitness and my commitment to family values have always been at the core of my life. I have been deeply involved in giving back to my community, particularly in youth sports through Softball B.C, North Langley Softball, Victory Creative Group, and the White Rock Renegades Association. I am particularly passionate about integrating fitness and conditioning into team sports to help athletes excel.
When I’m not training clients, you can find me in the gym, exploring the outdoors, or spending quality time with my loved ones. I’m always planning my next adventure, catching a game, reading, or expanding my knowledge to stay ahead in the fitness world.

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you envision your best, identify your health & fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout and every program. My holistic approach to fitness and nutrition will have you feeling energized and motivated to make lasting lifestyle change.
I have worked in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years and have a background in Functional Fitness, Bodybuilding, Athletic Conditioning, Pilates , Yoga, Coaching and Nutrition. I have competed and coached at the National Level and have had the privilege of working with people from a variety of fitness backgrounds. From coaching athletes in Softball, Volleyball and Gymnastics to training Junior Hockey Players, Football Players and Bodybuilders, I have learned that fitness is a form of play that we all need in our lives. Finding a form of fitness that you look forward to is the key to keeping your momentum going in the right direction.
As someone who has overcome physical injuries and continues to live with chronic pain, I know that Movement is Medicine and Self-Care is a Discipline. Without them we cannot live our lives to the fullest.
Exercise, Recovery and Nutrition are my Passion. I believe that the foods we eat, the fitness elements we engage in, and the self-care we practice are the keys to lasting health and well-being.
When I’m not training clients or designing programs you can find me in my gym, in the kitchen, spending time with my family and friends, playing with my dogs, watching sports, listening to music, outside enjoying the sun, working with a great team or in the office studying something new.
